1. All the trainees must wear the uniform compulsorily on all days except on Fridays. The uniform prescribed is half sleeve shirt, Formal pant, black belt and black shoes. In case any trainee comes to the institute without uniform, such trainees are not permitted to attend the classes.
2. All the trainees must attend the classes regularly. In case of absolute necessity they can avail leave by applying for it in the prescribed form with the signature of the parent/guardian. The leave letter must be submitted before availing the leave and get it sanctioned by their Trade JTO.
3. All the trainees must be punctual to the classes. In case they are late without a valid reason they will be sent back and marked as absent in the attendance register.
4. To appear for the All India Trade Test (AITT) a trainee must put in a minimum of 90% attendance in the entire subject. Failing this they are not eligible to appear for the AITT.
5. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the Institute premises.
